Vero Pizzeria located in Brookhaven, Ga reached out about updating their menu. While apart of wider conglomerate of fine dining restaurants, Vero brings the finest Italian Pizza to a casual dining setting. Being the perfect spot for families to gather and laugh over a slice and a beer, we wanted to take the opportunity to design a menu with the same heart.

After talking with the director of operations and the head chef I created this mood board. I really wanted to make this menu fun, colorful, and take some personal interests of these men into the design.

I presented two designs: one something a little out there but in line with the general inspiration, and then a more playful interpretation of the companies usual menus.

Playful but playing within brand guidelines this design features illustrative elements, visual interest, while still delivering a clear menu.
